CUSTOM Silkscreen Cone 6 Red Decals for Ceramic
Do you dream of putting your own designs on your ceramic, porcelain, glass or enamel work? Milestone Decal Art provides artists and designers with high-quality custom decals. We offer both digital and silkscreen decals with very low order minimums.
This listing is for custom decals using your own designs. The printable area for the decals is large format 10.75 x.16.75 inches or 27.3 cm x 42.5 cm. Luster decals requires our silkscreen process to print. We have a minimum order of 6 identical sheets but you can fit as many different images on the layout as you want.

: PRICING :
Silkscreen printed decals requires us to create a screen to print your design- hence the 6 sheet minimum (which is one of the lowest minimums available in the decal printing world). For silkscreen decal prints there is a one time $75 screen charge. This screen fee is included in the price. If you reprint the exact same layout again, we waive the screen fee. Please contact us directly for a reprint of the same design.

: SENDING YOUR ARTWORK :
- To print silkscreen decals, a vector file is required (AI, SVG, PDF or EPS). We use Adobe Illustrator to vectorize artwork. If your file is easy to work with we may be able to vectorize simple one color layout at no extra charge. Fonts are vector and can be vectorized when saved as PDF.
- The printable area for our silkscreen decals is large format 10.75 x.16.75 inches or 27.3 cm x 42.5 cm which is twice a letter size. We reserved the margins so you can fill the layout all the way to the edges. Feel free to pack your layout with as many images as you can fit!
- Files should be sent to info@milestonedecalart.com. If your file is over 20MB you may need to use a free file sending service like DropBox.com, WeTransfer.com, Google drive or any other you are comfortable with.
If your image doesn't meet these guidelines, don't fret! Send us the file and we'll let you know if we can make it work for you. (Design work may require an additional set-up fee.)
CERAMIC ARTISTS
- Traditionally, these high temperature decals are applied as a third firing on top of an already fired glaze. Once fired the decals actually sink into the glaze for a beautiful inglaze look, similar to Dutch transferware.

- Non-traditionally, these decals can also be used on unglazed bisque, provided the clay body is smooth and uniform. The decals can then be fired with or without a glazing. Overlapping the decal on glazed and unglazed surface makes an interesting fuzzy vs. clear effect. We recommend testing this "off label" technique for compatibility before large scale production.
PROCESSING TIME
Once your file is approved for printing, your decals will ship in 5-7 days.
Stock orders ship within 2-3 business days after the day your order was placed.
Custom silkscreen prints are usually processed within 5-7 business days after the day your order was placed.
Custom digital prints are usually processed within 12 business days after the day your order was placed.
Please note, we ship Monday through Friday 9-5 EST. This excludes weekends and major holidays.
UNITED STATES SHIPPING
For the standard shipping, we use a fully-tracked ground shipping service that takes approximately 2-7 business days. Please allow at least one day for the tracking to be updated order ships. Express service times will vary.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For the standard shipping option, we use a tracked air shipping service that takes an estimated 6-18 business days. International shipping varies depending on exact location. Express shipping times will vary.

1. What is the turnaround time for a custom silkscreen print?
Once your file is approved for printing, your decals will ship in 5-7 days.
2. Are your decals food safe?
Yes, we do print with a food safe color palette when required. The gold, platinum (silver), and copper decals (and any metallic decals are food safe, yes.
3. Are your decals dishwasher/microwave safe?
Yes our decals are dishwasher safe. The gold, platinum/aka silver, and copper decals are NOT microwave safe.
- Purchase of our decals includes license for use of Milestone decals on personal or commercial ceramics, glass or enamel wares.
- The content of your documents will remain private, confidential, and secure at our printing firm.
