Do you dream of putting your own designs on your ceramic, porcelain, glass or enamel work? Milestone Decal Art provides artists and designers with high-quality custom decals.
This listing is for a CUSTOM Silkscreen layout of overglaze water slide transfer decals in YOUR COLOR CHOICE.
We use the PANTONE SOLID COATED guide for specific color match. By mixing our base colors similarly to a paint store, we are able to match a wide palette of colors.
ABOUT CUSTOM DECALS
The printable area for these decals is large format 10.75 x.16.75 inches or 27.3 cm x 42.5 cm.
Silkscreen printed decals requires us to create a screen to print your design- hence the 6 sheet minimum (which is one of the lowest minimums available in the decal printing world).

: PRICING :
For silkscreen decal prints there is a one time $75 screen charge, which we DO NOT charge to you if you were to reprint the exact same design. This screen fee is included in the price. Please contact us directly for a reprint of the same design.
PLEASE NOTE-Discounts do not apply to custom decal prints.
: SENDING YOUR ARTWORK :
- Since the printable area is 10.75 x.16.75 inches, you would have to work up your layout in Photoshop or Illustrator so that you fit the images you want to print into this space. We can also do this for you for a small fee.
- Files should be sent to info [!at] milestonedecalart.com. If your file is over 10MB you will need to use a free file sending service like DropBox.com or YouSendIt.com.
- For silkscreen decals vector art is always preferable if available.
- Adobe Illustrator, Acrobat, SVG are the recommended formats.
If your image doesn't meet these guidelines, don't fret! Send us the file and we'll let you know if we can make it work for you. (Design work requires an additional set-up fee.)

1. Are your decals food safe?
Yes, we do print with a food safe color palette when required. The gold, platinum (silver), and copper decals are food safe, yes.
2. Are your decals dishwasher/microwave safe?
Yes our decals are dishwasher safe. The gold, platinum/aka silver, and copper decals are NOT microwave safe.
3. How do I apply the decals?

CERAMIC ARTISTS:
- These decals are generally applied as a third firing on top of an already fired glaze. Once applied, these decals need to be fired in a kiln to CONE 018 to CONE 016 (1450°F / 800°C). Once fired, the decals become permanently fused with the glaze, similar to decorative dinnerware.

GLASS ARTISTS:
- These are high fire decals for glass fusing and slumping from 1250°F / 675°C to 1450°F / 800°C. Final firing temp will depend on whether you are capping with clear glass or not.

- These decals should be fired in a two step process. The final firing should be between 1250°F / 675°C and 1450°F / 800°C.

PROCESSING TIME
Once your file is approved for printing, your decals will ship in 5-7 days.
Stock orders ship within 2-3 business days after the day your order was placed.
Custom silkscreen prints are usually processed within 5-7 business days after the day your order was placed.
Custom digital prints are usually processed within 12 business days after the day your order was placed.
Please note, we ship Monday through Friday 9-5 EST. This excludes weekends and major holidays.
UNITED STATES SHIPPING
For the standard shipping, we use a fully-tracked ground shipping service that takes approximately 2-7 business days. Please allow at least one day for the tracking to be updated order ships. Express service times will vary.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For the standard shipping option, we use a tracked air shipping service that takes an estimated 6-18 business days. International shipping varies depending on exact location. Express shipping times will vary.

Milestone Decal Art is not responsible for custom delays, taxes, duties and tariffs. Please contact your country's customs office if you feel you've been wrongly charged.
