CUSTOM Silkscreen Imitation Gold Decals for Ceramic Cone 018-016
Do you dream of putting your own designs on your ceramic, porcelain, glass or enamel work? Milestone Decal Art provides artists and designers with high-quality custom decals. We offer both digital and silkscreen decals with very low order minimums.
This listing is for custom decals using your own designs. The printable area for the decals is large format 10.75 x.16.75 inches or 27.3 cm x 42.5 cm. We have a minimum order of 6 identical sheets but you can fit as many different images on the layout as you want.
Imitation Gold is not shiny like our real 23K Gold decals. Imitation Gold decals contain a small amount of the mineral mica which gives the decals a slight glittery look and a surface that is somewhat textured to the touch.

: PRICING :
Silkscreen printed decals requires us to create a screen to print your design- hence the 6 sheet minimum (which is one of the lowest minimums available in the decal printing world). For silkscreen decal prints there is a one time $75 screen charge. This screen fee is included in the price. If you reprint the exact same layout again, we waive the screen fee. Please contact us directly for a reprint of the same design.

: SENDING YOUR ARTWORK :
- To print silkscreen decals, a vector file is required (AI, SVG, PDF or EPS). We use Adobe Illustrator to vectorize artwork. If your file is easy to work with we may be able to vectorize simple one color layout at no extra charge. Fonts are vector and can be vectorized when saved as PDF.
- The printable area for our silkscreen decals is large format 10.75 x.16.75 inches or 27.3 cm x 42.5 cm which is twice a letter size. We reserved the margins so you can fill the layout all the way to the edges. Feel free to pack your layout with as many images as you can fit!
- Files should be sent to info@milestonedecalart.com. If your file is over 20MB you may need to use a free file sending service like DropBox.com, WeTransfer.com, Google drive or any other you are comfortable with.
If your image doesn't meet these guidelines, don't fret! Send us the file and we'll let you know if we can make it work for you. (Design work may require an additional set-up fee.)
KERAMIK-KÜNSTLER:
- Diese Abziehbilder werden im Allgemeinen als dritter Brand auf eine bereits gebrannte Glasur aufgetragen. Nach dem Auftragen müssen diese Abziehbilder in einem Ofen auf KEGEL 018 bis KEGEL 016 (1450 °F / 800 °C) gebrannt werden. Nach dem Brennen verschmelzen die Abziehbilder dauerhaft mit der Glasur, ähnlich wie dekoratives Essgeschirr.

GLASKÜNSTLER:
- Dies sind Hochtemperatur-Abziehbilder zum Glasschmelzen und -schmelzen. Die endgültige Brenntemperatur hängt davon ab, ob Sie mit klarem Glas abdecken oder nicht.

EMAILLE-KÜNSTLER:
BEARBEITUNGSZEIT
Sobald Ihre Datei für den Druck freigegeben ist, werden Ihre Abziehbilder innerhalb von 5-7 Tagen versendet.
Lagerbestellungen werden innerhalb von 2-3 Werktagen nach Auftragseingang versendet.
Individuelle silkscreen-Drucke werden in der Regel innerhalb von 5-7 Werktagen nach Auftragseingang bearbeitet.
Individuelle digital-Drucke werden in der Regel innerhalb von 12 Werktagen nach Auftragseingang bearbeitet.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass wir von Montag bis Freitag von 9-17 Uhr EST versenden. Wochenenden und gesetzliche Feiertage sind ausgenommen.
VERSAND IN DIE VEREINIGTEN STAATEN
Für den Standardversand nutzen wir einen vollständig nachverfolgbaren Bodentransport, der etwa 2-7 Werktage dauert. Bitte rechnen Sie mit mindestens einem Tag, bis die Sendungsverfolgung nach Versand der Bestellung aktualisiert wird. Expressversandzeiten können variieren.
INTERNATIONALER VERSAND
Für die Standardversandoption nutzen wir einen nachverfolgbaren Luftversand, der schätzungsweise 6-18 Werktage dauert. Die internationale Versanddauer variiert je nach genauer Zieladresse. Expressversandzeiten können variieren.
